Annotation Transfer Tool

The AnnotationTransfer tool is an executable that takes as input an annotated mesh and a target mesh, both representing the same object and perfectly aligned and registered, and transfers the annotations from the annotated mesh onto the target mesh. It returns as an output the target mesh annotated in the same way as the input. Currently it operates on files stored in a .fct (faceting) file. The tool is used as part of the data preparation pipeline to transfer facetings from the given low resolution mesh with 50k vertices resolution onto other, higher resolution meshes representing the same object, which may be at 100k or 1M vertices resolution.
