2D Colour-based ReAssembly

In the archaeological reassembly of broken frescoes, it is natural to work from colour photographs. Technion have an algorithm that takes images of the fragments selected by the conservator, and performs the global reassembly automatically. The algorithm's results are relatively insensitive to discolorations and abrasion of the joins. Currently at TRL-4, its non-mesh data format is not yet fully integrated into the interactive visualization components of the GRAVITATE dashboard. The algorithm currently works in stand-alone mode.
